Role: Sub-contract Manager

Base Salary: £50k + 5k Car Allowance

Hours: 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday

Our client continues to grow and there is no sign of slowing working with multi-million-pound projects across the country with a big focus in London. We seek and Sub-contract Manager to work from and look after the Leicester factory and visit London sites for Subcontract management. This means you would be the point of contact for all Subcontract matters in the Factory as well as on site.

Key Responsibilities for the Sub-contract Manager
* To manage production based sub-contractors In Leicester
* Oversee/tracking subcontract supply chain timelines and programme.
* Management of nominated accounts [mostly joinery biased, but non exhaustive], ensuring quality, program and other performance requirements are being met.
* Reports to production director
* Maintaining existing relationships with subcontractors.
* Development and engagement with new subcontractors
* Sub-contractor contract/PO compliance and responsibility is/are being met and maintained.
* Experience, within construction industry, preferably interior fitout and joinery.
