Role: Heating Engineer
Salary: £37,000 + company van
Location: Midlands
Mainstay is currently working with a well-established company who are looking for a Heating Engineer in performing planned and reactive maintenance across numerous sites around the Midlands.

Role:
As an Heating Engineer you will perform Planned Preventive Maintenance as well as Reactive Maintenance
As an Heating Engineer you will perform mechanical maintenance across many aspects on site including combi boilers, pipework, taps, toilets, heating systems, plant rooms
You will also perform small installations across the site
Part of your role will involve assisting in project planning, estimation, and stock control of critical Electrical /mechanical / building fabric spares
As a Heating Engineer you will ensure all work completed is compliant and in line with health and safety regulations
You will also ensure that you offer great customer service
Duties:
As an Heating Engineer you must hold relevant qualifications within Mechanical engineer installations e.g. City & guilds level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
Holding a qualification in domestic gas would be an advantage
You must have experience in a similar role performing maintenance across a large estate
Good written and verbal communication is a must
Must hold a full UK driving license
