We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent Property Administrator / Bookkeeper for our client based in Leicester.

The Company:

Our client is a specialist in residential Sales, Lettings and Block & Estate Management. Due to continued growth in their portfolio they are looking for an experience Property Administrator to provide administrative support to the Directors, Negotiators and Property Managers in the office.

In this Property Administrator / Bookkeeper role you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore great customer service experience is essential.

Duties to include:

* Daily Landlord payments

* Daily Contractor payments

* Management of student tenanted property rents

* Landlord/Tenant ledgers

* Chasing rent arrears and tenants

* Liaising with accountants on queries and requests

* Updating landlords

* Answering phone calls

* Team player/close communication with lettings/sales team

* Knowledge of in house system (Jupix) – desirable

As our ideal Property Administrator / Bookkeeper, you will have a friendly and polite approach with a positive 'nothing is too much trouble’ attitude along with oodles of common sense, exceptional time management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.
