We're seeking a Night Shift Production Manager to join our expanding Fresh Food Factory. This key role entails leading our Lincoln production operation from Sunday to Thursday, 18:30-Finish.
As a pivotal member of our operations team, you'll champion world-class packing performance. You'll have the autonomy to drive continual improvement, utilising departmental resources to their fullest. Your role will also focus on nurturing talent within Branston, contributing to their development and measuring success accordingly.
Do you possess the following qualities?
* Cultivate an inclusive management style fostering regular effective communication within your team and across departments.
* Maintain robust communication channels with relevant managers (e.g., Quality, Procurement, Logistics)
* Demonstrate proficiency in overseeing all production operations, including labour deployment, equipment reliability, raw material availability and adherence to customer specifications and health and safety protocols.
* Minimum of 2 years proven managerial experience in FMCG.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to lead and influence teams effectively.
* Thrive under pressure.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.
