Role: Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Castle Donnington
Shifts: Suez (Days and Nights)
Salary: £56,500 per annum plus Pension, Overtime and Training
The Company
My client design and manufacture automation for product retrieval and storage systems, they are looking for a resident Maintenance Engineer to join the growing team. Working with clients all across the UK they are looking for a Engineer to be working on all the latest automation and technology. On this site in Castle Donnington you will be working on a fully automated site with conveyor systems, shuttles, robotics and Picking systems
The Role
As a Maintenance Team Leader your day to day will look like:
Managing a team of 7 on a shift
Running and Organising the shift efficiently and professionally
Driving health and safety on the site to keep the shift and yourself safe
Prioritising work load on the shift
Technically supporting the engineers and help them expand their knowledge
You will be responsible for managing sick, appraisal of your team and support throughout the hiring process
Looking into the continuous improvement and long term development of the site
The Candidate
In a Maintenance Team leader I am looking for:
Someone with a recognised engineering qualification
Has previous experience leading a team
A strong communicator to be able to manage the shift
Be able to work in a high pressure and fast moving environment
