Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for an established POS/POP manufacturer based in Leicester
This position is a straight permanent position
The Job:
Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday
Salary is £13ph but will increase upon completion of probation
You will play an active role on the shop floor with the assembly team
Helping to support and lead your team to ensure outputs and target are achieved
Ensuring that jobs are carried out as expected and within the timeframes expected
Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is up to date
28 days holiday per year plus Christmas shut-down and a day off on your birthday
About You:
Previous experience within the POS industry is desirable
Previous team leader experience is required
Good attention to detail
Good time management
Able to demonstrate a problem solving mentality
Strong communication skills
Flexible as overtime will be available and occasionally shifts required based on projects
Carry out other duties as required
