Process Development Technologist
My client a successful and well respected food manufacturer are seeking a Process Development Technologist as part of continued growth and new business wins. You support the NPD and Commercial team supporting projects - concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new products - aligned with the business strategy and vison
* Lead development projects, on time in budget
* Manage key stakeholders and customers
* Ensure product launches are met
* Trend analysis, raw materials sourcing, packaging and factory trials, shelf life
Skills and experience;
* Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
* Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition
* Strong communicator
* Experience working with customers (retailers)

* Salary DOE
* Days Mon- Friday
* Hours - 8.30am-5pm
