Yard Vehicle Mover Assistant/Workshop Fitter, Lincoln
Our client is based in Lincoln, due to expansion of the company we are looking for someone to assist with controlling vehicle movement within the business, you will be helping with parking and positioning the vehicles, ensuring that they are damage free and secured, you will need to have a UK manual driving licence that covers 3.5 tonne and be used to driving that size of vehicle.
Due to the nature of the business, you will have to be fit, working to a tight deadline will be paramount, ability to take instruction at all levels and remain calm and polite when dealing with staff and customers, also be used to working outside in all conditions, you will need know where each vehicle is parked so organisation will be key to being successful within this role, this is an exceptionally physical demanding position, during quieter times you will be assisting within the workshop environment working on the shop floor, you will work within a team environment so dexterity and the will to learn and be taught a new skill are paramount. You will need to have no more than 3 points on your licence and be over 25 years of age, be physically fit, quick with exceptional attention to detail.
