Data Migration Lead - Investment Banking - £110K - London/Hybrid
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Migration specialist to join a busy data team to take responsibility for creating a test and validation framework for data migration projects across the organisation.
Day to day you'll be both creating a validation and test strategy, and working on projects in flight; liaising closely with stakeholders to establish success criteria, identify reconciliation points, organise and analyse dress rehearsals and dry runs, and building a formalised process to ensure successful migrations.
You'll be closely involved in Data Mapping, Quality Assurance, Data Cleansing and Lineage identification. Data Analysis experience will be highly relevant.
You'll need extensive experience in data migrations within an investment banking environment. Experience in any major tech stack will be relevant - you may have worked with MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server and tooling including Talend, Informatica, SSIS, AWS DMW, Azure Data Migration etc.
The role is a hybrid one, based in London. It's permanent, as it's part of the long term data strategy for the business.
