Mortgage Administrator (Post Offer)

Mid Kent

£24,000 

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Are you an experienced administrator or customer service professional looking to kick start a career within the mortgage industry?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator in the Post Offer team!

Duties include:

Dealing with all queries via phone and email in relation to mortgage applications (pre and post offer)
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times whilst ensuring that SLAs are met
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Liaising with mortgage brokers, underwriters and other internal teams
General administrative duties: filing, data entry, diary management, emails etc

The successful candidate must have/be:

Previous administrative or customer service experience (ideally within financial services)
Looking to start a career within the mortgage sector
Strong organisational skills and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
Meticulous attention to detail
IT Literate and competent using MS Office
Driving licence and own transport due to the office location
