Job description
Saffron Vantage are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team in our brand new office in Cambridge.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a track record of billings in any industry.
You must have knowledge and experience in your sector.
The Role:
* Managing the process from interview to placement
* Account / Client management
* Proactively conducting warm / cold sales to generate business
* Contract negotiating
* Collating timesheets
* Basic admin duties
Starting salary: £24,000 - £25,500 per annum (dependent on experience) with a generous commission structure. Senior consultants or higher please also get in contact (higher salaries available). Proof of billings to be required regardless of role.
OTE (On Target Earnings)
* 1st Year: £35k+ 2nd Year: £45k+ 3rd Year: £60k+. Uncapped commissions. Higher earnings can be achieved through exceptional candidates.
