Domestic Gas Engineer
Contract: Full time
Salary: £37,500
Working hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 Hours per week
Location: Peterborough/ Cambridge area
Job summary:
* As part of the gas team, you will be responsible for the reactive maintenance of gas appliances, landlords’ safety certificates and the planned maintenance of gas appliances around the Peterborough area.
* Installing and maintaining gas metres.
* Maintaining and repairing household gas and heating systems, including pipes, valves, metres, and gauges.
* Monitoring, maintaining, and repairing underground piping and gas storage, checking for leaks and technical issues.
* Making sure that all problems are resolved safely and effectively.
Qualifications Required:
* ACS qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 and CENWAT
* Unvented hot water (an advantage)
* Full driving license.
* Ability to manage time and worked.
