This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Python Developer to join an innovative business, working with cutting edge technology as part of a small, Agile team. My client are a trend-setter and a disruptive leader in creating highly sophisticated camera technology products, empowering high-quality AR, VR and Virtual Production for the high-end film and broadcast industry.

Responsibilities

Ownership of architectural designs & solutions.
Development of cutting-edge cloud products.
Guiding a variety of exciting projects.
Support and mentor more junior team members.
Push boundaries within existing technology, while also creating and implementing new technology to achieve the best all-round solutions. Requirements

Higher Degree in Computer Science, Engineering / similar or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years hands-on Python experience in a commercial setting, demonstrating involvement across the entire development life cycle.
Expertise in at least one popular Python framework.
Linux / Unix experience.
Familiarity with defining and implementing API's.
Experience writing unit tests.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (such as JavaScript and HTML5).
Experience with Django, Boto3, AWS would be beneficial.
A strong self-starter, with the confidence to lead a small team.Benefits & Perks
