Role: Area Support
Location: Letchworth/Field based
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000
An opportunity has now arisen for an Area Support person to join our client’s successful team in Letchworth.
About the client:
An independent, family owned business that specialises in providing school & sportswear to over 500 schools across the UK.
About the role:
You will work closely with the Regional Retail Operations Manager, supporting events & acting as lead when needed. You will participate in retail meetings & complete adhoc admin tasks supporting the department.

24 days holiday plus Bank Holiday (increasing to 2 days after 1 year service & then increasing to 29 days after 3 years’ service )
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide coverage at branches and school shops
Support branches on the shop floor, warehouse and customer service departments.
Support the central customer service department when needed.
Support events and act as event lead when needed.
Support with stocktakes and audits.
Carry out planned training as requested by Head of Retail and Area Manager
Follow up on training delivered
Ensure training logs are filled in and signed off highlight additional training required
Support the implementation of planned changes to shop floors and stockrooms.
What we need from you:
A Good knowledge of all MS Programmes with emphasis on excel and word.
Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Driving licence essential.
