Responsibilities of the Control System Design Engineer role:
On site commissioning of industrial automation control & safety systems
Designing/Testing/validation of software and hardware systems
Writing and developing code
PLC Programming - minimum Allan Bradley
Designing SCADA systems and HMI's
Developing detailed layouts, wiring schematics, mechanical design for safety/control systems using AutoCAD
Project participation - liaising with all stakeholder parties
Requirements to match the role:
Systems, software, and hardware development experience
PLC programming
AutoCAD (must have)
SCADA/PLC system including safety development and design
Qualification in automation, control, electronics, or electrical engineering
