Prime Appointments are currently seeking a Machine Operative in the Colchester area for an acclaimed manufacturing company with an immediate start. This role operates on a rotating shift pattern encompassing days, nights, and weekends, with scheduled days off integrated into the shifts.
Ongoing training and progression is available for the right candidate
Duties Of The Machine Operative:
Safe and efficient running of the machines
Achieving targeted output goals
Cleaning down machinery during material changes
Undertaking quality control tasks and performing quality checksThe Ideal Machine Operative:
Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production is preferred
Good communication skills
Good level of numeracy
Looking for a long-term rolePay & Hours:
Working on a rotating 12 hours shift pattern (including days, nights and weekends)
£11.42 - rising after 3 monthsTemp Benefits:
