Quantity Surveyor

My client are a thriving construction consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services across sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, leisure, and infrastructure.

They are now seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

You will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, demonstrating a solid track record of delivering results. You'll be tasked with project delivery and fostering business growth whilst reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

Create precise cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimise project costs
Take a proactive approach to project delivery, including managing tenders, preparing contracts, financial reporting, and overseeing change control processes.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
