Role Responsibilities:
As a Process Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading the manufacturing QA/QC lab team to ensure timely delivery of routine testing, technical investigations, and process optimization.
Managing site lab operations, staff, and technical contracts to support on-time delivery of final products within budget.
Ensuring final product compliance with regulatory and customer specifications, including addressing customer queries and developing statements.
Approving quality for raw materials, final products, and new specifications, while developing control strategies for on-spec production.
Role Requirements:
The successful Process Technical Manager will have:
A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in analytical methods such as HPLC, pH testing, moisture analysis, and microbial testing.
Over 10 years of experience in a similar technical or quality management role in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
The ability to effectively collaboration across departments, with clear, precise communication and strong analytical skills.
