Mobile Maintenance Engineer - M&E

Mobile Maintenance Engineer - M&E - Tameside - Salary Depending on Experience & Excellent Benefits Package.

This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm (variable), with participation in an on-call rotation covering 24/7/365.
To excel in this role, you should be a certified Electrician with substantial experience in commercial maintenance. A City & Guilds or equivalent qualification, including the 18th Edition, is essential. Proficiency in electrical power distribution systems, HVAC control systems, BMS control systems, and AC maintenance is a must. A valid UK Driving Licence is also required.Responsibilities:

Ensure that facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of various contracts.
Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work on equipment as defined by your core and non-core skills as per the agreed client programme.
Provide timely updates to the helpdesk on progress of reactive works and completion of reactive/planned tasks.
Provide written technical reports as required, including routine maintenance and reactive reports.
Diagnose faults on all M&E systems and rectify them within levels of competence.
Ensure the safe operation of all plants, equipment, and tools.Apply now for immediate consideration!
