We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our apprenticeship programs to healthcare and childcare providers. This is a remote-based role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our mission from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to healthcare and childcare providers to promote our apprenticeship solutions and establish partnerships.

Work to targets to achieve set objectives and drive business growth.

Conduct initial health and safety pre-vet checks to ensure compliance with regulations.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent account management support.

Utilize strong sales techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of apprenticeships.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in all interactions.

Possess industry knowledge of either childcare or health and social care to effectively engage with clients.

Have a solid understanding of apprenticeships and their benefits to businesses and individuals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar business development role is essential.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

Ability to conduct health and safety pre-vet checks effectively.

Excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Industry knowledge of either childcare or health and social care.

Understanding of apprenticeships and their role in workforce development.
