Job Role: Welder
Location: Manchester
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £16.00 - £17.00ph DOE
Metalis is working in partnership with a prestigious metalwork company in Oldham who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Welder on a 12 week temporary to permanent contract.
Job Duties:
* Sheet metal MIG & TIG Welding - Fabricating thin plate (1-3mm)
* Reviewing technical / engineering drawings and sketches.
* Inspecting work
* Maintaining welding equipment and machines etc.
* Using various power tools.
* Adhering to welding company processes.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
* Excellent knowledge of MIG & TIG welding processes in sheet metal
* Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
* Happy with variation in their work
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Salary & Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* Days only
* £16.00ph - £17.00ph DOE
