Prospero Teaching is looking for an energetic and committed Sports Coach to support intervention groups, deliver the PE curriculum and support in after school club in a Primary school in Preston.
The ideal candidate:
Experience of sports coaching children and or young people
A recent sport graduate who wants work experience within Special Educational Needs
Experience of supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis OR/ experience of supporting those with complex needs in a care setting
Strong teamwork ethic
Experience of supporting within a primary setting
Driven, energetic and keen to pursue a career in education and special needsThe role will consist of:
Providing tailored support and working with children with SEN and complex needs
Personal care is involved
Engaging children with active and engaging sports sessions
Creating a safe environment that allows children and other students have fun, learn and succeed

LOCATION - Preston, PR4
POSITION - Teaching Assistant
CONTRACT TYPE - Temporary - Permanent
MINIMUM DAILY RATE - £95
HOURS - Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am -3.30pm
START DATE ASAP or September 2024
