Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the External Wall Insulation project.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Oversee site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
* Communicate effectively with clients and project team members to provide updates and resolve queries.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the construction or housing industry.
* Knowledge of External Wall Insulation systems and processes.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to the project site.
