Job Description:
My client is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the conveyancing process, exceptional client service skills, and a proactive approach to handling transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
* Conduct property searches, review and draft contracts, and prepare legal documents.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with experience in Residential Conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and legal documentation.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
