Maintenance Assistant
I am working with one of my clients who are looking for a reliable Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Edinbrugh. We need someone who has high standards.

08:00 am - 16:00 pm
Duties involve:
To undertake General Maintenance
* To undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance within your skillset
* Liaise with suppliers to minimise costs whilst keeping good value.
* Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.
* Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises, staff and visitors.
* Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather, e.g. Snow clearing, gritting, flooding, high winds, etc.
* Undertake training to maintain and develop the requirements of the service.
* Liaise and undertake duties at other sites in my portfolio.
* Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across all sites.
