**Position Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**

Reporting to the Market Centre Director, your primary duty will be to build and maintain a strong agent recruitment pipeline, which is crucial for successful client engagements and revenue generation. Key responsibilities include:

- Actively prospect and cold call potential agents to develop and maintain a strong agent pipeline.

- Identify and engage key decision-makers within organizations to promote KW Scotland services and secure new business.

- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities for tailored sales pitches.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in their recruitment challenges.

- Deliver engaging sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth client onboarding.

- Enhance personal and professional branding through networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.

- Attend client meetings to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate closely with the KW Scotland Leadership Team to ensure seamless project execution.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs focused on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a sales role with a successful track record in building sales pipelines, generating leads, and proactive prospecting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders and influence decisions.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and attending networking events is highly desirable.

- Prior experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but a strong sales background is essential.
