Entry Level Health & Safety Advisor
Glasgow (Wider UK Travel)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Package
This is a great opportunity to join the health and safety team of a leading construction company. The role will be based in Glasgow and you will be supporting the HSEQ team with site audits across the UK and be based out of their Glasgow office the rest of the week. Due to the great levels of development and training on offer, we are able to consider health and safety professionals from a variety of sectors, so this is a great chance to continue your personal and professional career growth. All applicants must be studying towards or hold the NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent as a minimum.
The Health and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for:
Supporting and working with key stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure high standards of compliance and behaviours regarding health and safety
Ensuring that relevant legislation is being complied with regarding health and safety
Supporting the management team with matters regarding performance, standards, and compliance
Managing, reviewing, and reporting on data regarding health and safety related issues to be able to identify areas for improvement
The Health and Safety Coordinator will have:
NEBOSH/NCRQ Certificate or equivalent would be great but not a must
A full UK Driving Licence
Strong communication and relationship building skills
