Role Overview:
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a commercial cladding project on an occupied site. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the daily operations of the site.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
* Ensure highquality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience working on commercial sites, particularly those that are occupied.
* Extensive experience in external cladding projects.
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* HND (Higher National Diploma) in a relevant subject.
* Based in Scotland.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience in managing largescale commercial cladding projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
