Your new company
* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider's in the UK.
Your new role
* Working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week, across a commercial building, based in Alton.
* You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
* Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, joinery, basic carpentry, light replacements and changes, basic plumbing any other general building service maintenance.
* Engaging with the client and the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
* You will need to have experience in a fabric or maintenance role within a commercial environment.
* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
