We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a dynamic team who are growing and expanding their Real Estate Team.
  
The successful Property Paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting the Senior Solicitors with various aspects of property matters.
  
Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of property conveyancing matters.
Conducting title searches, land registry checks, and other due diligence tasks.
Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Handling post-completion matters, including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and Land Registry applications.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of case progress.
Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Real Estate Paralegal require the following experience:
A minimum of 6mts of experience in residential and or commercial property conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology.
