E-commerce manager - Guildford
A very exciting company within the retail space are looking for an E-Commerce manager to deliver e-commerce sites worldwide. The UK site is a key component of their commercial offering.
The business has seen rapid growth and operational developments. Based on a Prestashop platform, the UK site is managed by a combination of both local / internally and Headquarters team.
This e-commerce position is a vital role in developing the companies online presence / business and we are looking for a strong candidate that will be able to take it to the next level.
Key areas: Site Maintenance including:
Planning (Planning) and implementation
Product & page content creation & updates (, Home Page, Landing Page, Competition Page , Menu
Product mix management
Reviews across mobile & desktop
Reporting errors
Project management in collaboration with the international Headquarters
Testing developments
Reviewing the customer journey
Communicate with developers
Lead on new exciting projects to develop eshop activity SEO , Google Shopping SEA, Benchmarking, Planning, Content & spend management, Liaising with agency, Tracking spend vs effectiveness Reporting & Analysis
Sales & traffice
Maintaining reporting decks to stakeholders
Reporting to Head of Marketing and working alongside the rest of the business
Combination of both office based and home based work.
Salary £TBC + bonus benefits
