Principal People are excited to be recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to work within a large and diverse Transportation and Logistics company.
The role will be based at the very operational and hands-on site in Hull, and you will be responsible for 3 other sites in Grimsby, Immingham, and Goole with flexible and autonomous travel.
You will be working very closely with a wider HSE team on site, who are all incredibly supportive of one another. The role offers you a great opportunity to progress your career in Health and Safety.
Health and Safety Advisor – Hull - £40,000 - £45,000– Transport and Logistics

Working alongside a supportive health and safety team with supportive management and autonomy in your role. The minimum requirements for this role are:
NEBOSH General Certificate Hold a UK driving licence.
Be able to communicate effectively with the wider team and site staff.
Minimum of 2 years of experience within an operational HSE role previously.
Having the passion and drive to develop a strong career in Health and Safety. Key Duties of the role include:
Operational Health and Safety duties including risk assessments and accident investigations.
Developing the already strong Health and Safety culture throughout the business
Supporting the site Health and Safety Manager on operational Health and Safety duties
Sitting as a key member of the Health and Safety team across the site team.
Engaging and educating the site operational teams on safe working practices.
