Are you a registered general nurse with a passion for cancer and chemotherapy services? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Service Manager to join a leading pharma services business that has been supporting patients across the UK and Europe for over 30 years.

This role offers a salary of £60,000 and a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week. You will be working in the South East/London area and have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients with chronic conditions, rare diseases, and cancer.

Our client is a well-known pharma services company that connects patients with their medication. They've had over 70 million interactions with patients on their digital platform and they use this information to create new and helpful programmes for patients. This also provides important insights and real-world evidence for doctors and pharmaceutical companies.

As a Clinical Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing a clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cancer and chemotherapy services.
Utilising your commercial awareness and acumen to manage resources and maximise profitability.
Working with stakeholders to grow revenue.
Using your excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to make sound operational decisions.
Influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Developing and building sound relationships with clients, colleagues, and the wider team.Package and Benefits:

As a Clinical Service Manager, you will receive:

An annual salary of £60,000.

Registered general nurse status with experience in chemotherapy and cancer services.
University accredited chemotherapy course (SACT passport desirable).
Experience of managing a clinical team.
Commercial awareness and acumen.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of NHS structures, priorities, and decision-making processes.
