As a Clinical Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care.
Running the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
Providing mentorship and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
Delivering a person-centred approach to care for the residents and their families.
Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and knowing how to address these concerns.As a Clinical Service Manager, you will receive:
