Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for your next challenge? AYG Care is partnering with a reputable domiciliary care agency in West Sussex to recruit a passionate and dedicated Registered Care Manager.
About the Role:
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and day-to-day operations of the agency. This includes recruiting and managing the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business development and marketing of the agency
* Dayto-day management of operations and staff
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Providing highquality, person-centered care to clients
* Managing staffing, including recruitment and training
* Financial management, including invoicing and payroll
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
