Job Title: KS3 Maths Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS3 Secondary Maths Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 students and have a strong commitment to helping each student achieve their full potential.
Your Role:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to KS3 students.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement schemes of work and departmental policies.
Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings, and professional development opportunities.
Support the school’s ethos and values, promoting a culture of respect and achievement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable
In-depth knowledge of the KS2 mathematics curriculum
Strong classroom management skills and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. (Or willing to obtain one)
