Are you an experienced and driven Electrical maintenance professional seeking an exciting new role?

Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company. I am supporting with their ongoing search for electrical maintenance engineer to work on a commercial site in the heart of the City.

Salary Range: £43k-£48k
Location: Static high end commercial office space
4 on 4 off - Days and NightsResponsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.Requirements:

NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
17th or 18th edition
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
