Location: London - Multi site across Central, South and East London.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the facilities Team, supporting them in service delivery across the London Fire Contract.

Your day to day will include:

Planned maintenance (EML testing, Tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM and general PPM duties)
Reactive tasks and repairs across the sites
Sub Contractor liaison as and when required

What are we looking for?

This role of Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:

You have experience in a mobile maintenance role
Competence in planned and reactive maintenance (EML testing, Tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM and general PPM duties)
L8 Legionella awareness qualified
Have a full, clean driving licence and can work across a mobile contract as company van will be provided
