Salary:

60,000 - 65,000 GBP/Year

We have partnered with an extremely well-funded private housebuilder based on the North Surrey borders to secure an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to assist with a number of new sites coming to fruition, ranging from 10-300 units. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, we are looking for someone capable of managing 2-3 live and forthcoming projects at one time along with other commercial responsibilities that come with working in a smaller business.

Previous housing experience from a contractor or SME / PLC developer is preferable
