Key Responsibilities:
Teach and inspire Year 5 students with innovative and engaging lessons.
Lead and support the Year 5 teaching team, ensuring consistent and high-quality education across the year group.
Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote creativity and critical thinking.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in primary education.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
