We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Insights Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing marketing data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Insights Analyst will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Team and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Data analysis and interpretation

Analyse marketing data and trends and identify insights and opportunities for optimisation
Utilise various analytics tools and platforms to gather and interpret data
Reporting and presentation

Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment on insights and recommendations
Campaign performance analysis

Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email) to determine effectiveness and ROI.
Identify areas of improvement and optimisation to enhance campaign performance
Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Customer insights

Analyse customer data and behaviour to understand preferences, needs, and purchasing
Skills and Experience

Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Detail- oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels is preferred
