Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer seeking a new challenge in a prestigious corporate environment? A leading service provider of facilities management, is looking for a dedicated Electrical Site Engineer to join our team at Victoria in London.

About the Role:

·Corporate Offices Setting: Work in the heart of London's prestigious West End, providing electrical maintenance and support to corporate offices within London.

·3-Man Team Onsite: Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems.

·Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with early/late shift options: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

·Call-Out Rota: Participate in a 1-3 week call-out rota with standby compensation of £75.

·Generous Annual Leave: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 28 days.

Day to Day Duties:

·PPM, HV, UPS and AHU Electrical maintenance

·Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner

·Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve

·Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.

·Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues

·Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client

·Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency

·Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

Requirements:

·Qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant experience.

·Strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

·Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
