We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team in Hounslow, this role is perfect for someone eager to grow their financial skills and make a meaningful impact, you will be reporting to the Commercial Financial Director. Main Purpose of Role:

Efficiently manage and process customer invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Handle the upload of invoices onto customer portals, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
Verify the completeness of billing information to facilitate seamless financial operations.
Assist the Operations team with financial reports to provide clear insights and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively support Operations in the timely preparation of customer billing, ensuring all costs are identified and billed correctly.
Identify any unbilled costs and collaborate with the Operations team to address and bill these costs promptly.
Review the profitability of Work Orders, raise queries for any discrepancies, and investigate issues prior to billing.
Assist the Credit Control Manager in addressing and resolving customer invoice queries in a timely manner.
Essential Skills:

A strong desire to study AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) through the ‘Apprenticeship Levy’ program.
Good working knowledge of Excel, capable of handling complex data and performing detailed analyses.
Ability to work with multiple and sometimes ambiguous sources of data, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Maintain a professional manner in all interactions, demonstrating reliability and integrity.
Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.
Ability and willingness to get involved in various tasks, exhibiting a proactive and can-do attitude.
Demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
Additional Details:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
25 days holiday per year (January to December).
