They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their small team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their services and enhance their brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all marketing activities and branding, ensuring strategy implementation
Research market trends and demographics to inform marketing strategies
Manage email marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and other promotional activities
Stay updated on emerging communication technologies and test new advertising avenues
Coordinate monthly newsletter creation to engage their network and attract new business
Utilise strong copywriting and editing skills across various digital platforms
Manage databases (e.g., Klaviyo) and design market-facing materials
Oversee social media presence and create engaging content
Design and manage websites using WordPress and WIX
Drive positive relationships with professional networks and collaborate on events
Plan and manage events from ideation to follow-up, driving attendance through marketing
Ensure CRM system is up-to-date with event-related activities and opportunities
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in marketing content
Compile weekly and monthly analytic reports to measure marketing activity.Skills:

2-3 years of marketing experience
Proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaign development
Efficient problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused attitude
Excellent stakeholder relationship management
Strong organization and project management abilities
Confident communicator with diplomacy and discretion
Creative with excellent attention to detail
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Proficient in CRM systems and emailing platforms
Desired: Website creation skills
