Head of Marketing - Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote footwear or streetwear products, including online and offline channels.

* Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X etc… to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

* Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure marketing materials align with product launches and brand messaging.

* Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for product innovation and marketing initiatives.

* Coordinate events, pop-up shops, and collaborations with other brands or influencers to expand brand reach and attract new customers.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

* Cultivate relationships with customers and brand enthusiasts to foster a loyal community and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

* Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.

* Demonstrate a deep passion for the footwear or streetwear industry, staying connected with the culture and lifestyle to authentically represent the brand.

Head of Marketing - Skills:

* Hands-on execution of marketing campaigns, actively involved in the creation and implementation of strategies to drive brand growth.

* Extensive background in the fashion or footwear industry, with a strong understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and competitor landscape.

* Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, leveraging industry knowledge to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

* Demonstrated experience in executing successful marketing strategies within the footwear or streetwear industry, with a track record of driving sales and brand awareness
