Our client is a medium sized group with a portfolio of successful homes across London and the Home counties.
Due to continued growth and commitment to ensuring high quality care provision across their services they are seeking an experienced candidate to join their Quality and Audit team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with across their homes, enhancing their service provision.
This position requires regular travel across London and Home Counties.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team to ensure all homes are in line with CQC regulations, best practice and clinical standards
Carrying out regular audits and pre-inspection visits to homes within the group
Producing high quality management information for the QA and Regional Operations teams
Supporting teams in the homes to drive improvements
Liaison with external authorities and regulatory bodies
Requirements
Nursing qualification desirable but not essential
Significant experience gained in the elderly nursing home sector at home manager or deputy manager level in high quality homes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical, creative thinker with the ability to influence staff teams
Driving license and willingness to travel across the London and Milton Keynes Portfolio
