Commercial Manager – Southern Europe

We are pleased to be working with a leading Premium Spirits business who only work with the highest quality brands and have won numerous awards for taste, innovation and their varied portfolio. They prioritise their people above profit and have an extensive, all singing, all dancing health and benefits package.

Due to growth and continuous expansion across numerous regions, we are looking to hire an Commercial Manager that will work closely with the Regional Director to implement key business objectives and maintain a standard of excellence.

You’ll act as a country manager for each of the dedicated regions and you will have a lot of autonomy in the position with the ability to create your own strategy and ideas.

Key responsibilities:

Creating an effective sales strategy and working towards both value and volume targets
Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders and the regional distribution partner network
Maximising visibility and presenting the core touchpoints of the brand, facilitating and owning brand plans, driving brand equity and market share.
Understand and deliver the pricing strategy for each brand, monitor your P&L and seek opportunities to improve ROI.
Candidate Attributes

P&L management experience within Drinks and confident with financials
Hold strong commercial acumen, ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
Data driven with an ability to spot areas of opportunity and create an actionable plan
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated – driven by successful outcomes
Positive & enthusiastic - you see knock backs as opportunities for something even better
Willingness to travel internationally – as a minimum, twice per quarter
