A unique Residential Interior Designer job is now available with a RIBA chartered practice in Hampstead, London. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to become the first in-house Interior Designer of a successful studio working on high-end residential projects.

With over 15 years of experience specialising in high-quality design for residential projects and a growing demand from clients to design the interiors of their projects, our clients are now looking for their first ever interior designer.

The successful candidate will join their team of ten and will be solely responsible for developing their interiors offering. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced designer with a strong portfolio of high-end projects looking for a new challenge.

Role & Responsibilities

- Managing all ID for high-end residential projects

- Working on all stages of FF&E, including procurement

- Attending client meetings and site

- Developing concept design proposals, including presentation to clients

- Establishing trade accounts and fostering client relationships

- Working/collaborating with the architecture team when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+years' experience working on high-end residential projects, ideally in London

- Proven experience working across all project stages

- Experience running/overseeing small projects

- Strong FF&E knowledge and skills

- Procurement experience including budgets, schedules and logistics

- Business development experience including establishing trade accounts and fostering client relationships

- Listed building experience beneficial

- An interest in architecture or IA beneficial

- Confidence with client management and pro-active approach to communication

- Eligibility to work in the UK.
