Marble Talent Group are currently recruitng for a Mechanical Project Manager in for a project in Milton Keynes. The project will be to over see a large residential project. This role will predominatley be based in Milton Keynes, though projects can be across the Thames Valley/London and South Coast.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage mechanical packages on commecial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, architects, and clients, to ensure successful project delivery.

* Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource planning to identify project requirements and develop effective strategies.

* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the project implementation phase.

* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including health and safety guidelines.

* Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned exercises to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager with a mechanical biased.

* Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks efficiently.

* Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management principles.
