Field Sales Agent

Inspiring On provide temporary staff services to the care sector and are currently placing staff in Devon, Cornwall, and Hampshire. We are looking to expand our client base in these geographical areas and across the UK.

Our staff are fully compliant, DBS checked, and undergo a rigorous five-stage onboarding process to ensure quality and reliability. We partner with clients by offering free training and resources, creating a supportive network within the care sector.

Care providers need reliable, well-trained staff who can perform their duties effectively without incurring excessive costs. Our competitive pricing structure allows providers to budget effectively for their staffing needs while we ensure a fair hourly rate for our care staff, enabling staff to earn a living wage and maintain a career in the sector.

To extend our reach we are looking to engage with Sales Agents currently calling on this sector to introduce our services. We are focussed on serving the independent care home sector where we can engage with decision makers who appreciate our high-quality personal service.

We are offering an attractive commission structure which ensures an ongoing revenue stream and will typically offer £45K plus per annum for well connected Agents.
